Update #9: Amphitheater and Walk of HOPE area

This photo is from the center of the construction, between the north and south wings, near the completed amphitheater ​and landscaping that will house the commemorative bricks on the Walk of HOPE.

North Wing

• The drop ceiling grid has been installed
• The lights have been installed
• The walls have been textured and painted
• Cabinets and casework currently being installed
• Stucco is complete
• External windows and doors have been installed
• Elevator delivered and is due to be installed in December
• Plumbing is complete except fixtures need to be installed

South Wing

• Sheetrock is being hung, and taping/texturing is happening
• Electrical panels installed; wire being run to transformer pad
• Transformer to be installed by the end of the year
• Plumbing top-out is taking place
• Stucco is 80% complete
• Exterior doors, windows to be installed over the next month

Cafeteria

• Remainder of roof trusses to be installed by month-end
• Roof to be installed after roof trusses in place
• Upon completion of roof trusses and roof installation, interior work will commence
• Concrete for the upper level walkway to be poured this week
• All windows and doors still need to be installed
• All finish work still needs to be done

Commons Area

• Remainder of the sidewalks being poured this week
• Water feature has been formed and poured
• "Circle" area for the bricks formed and ready to receive bricks
• Landscaping 90% complete. Waiting for water meter and water to be hooked up
• Amphitheatre is complete

General

• Phase I completion by March
• 470 new lockers ordered for delivery in 6-8 weeks
